01 Free assessment
We get on the roof, photograph what we see, and give you an honest answer before anything else.
02 Protect the home
Plants, windows and walkways covered before anything touches the roof.
03 Clean the roof
A gentle low-pressure wash takes off moss and dirt. No blasting, no stripped granules.
04 Apply the treatment
A light, even haze across the whole roof. No soaking, no runoff.
05 It soaks in
The oils sun and weather dried out go back into the shingle.
THE SCIENCE Putting back what the weather took out
Asphalt shingles are held together by oils that dry out over years of sun, rain and temperature swings. As they fade, shingles turn brittle, crack and shed the granules that protect them.
Our plant-based treatment is designed to soak into the shingle and put those oils back. It's built to:
- Restore flexibility and elasticity
- Improve granule adhesion
- Reduce permeability and moisture intrusion
- Strengthen resistance to UV and weather
